71 Residents of RW 04 Bambu Apus Take Antigen Tests

Total 71 residents of RW 04 Bambu Apus, Cipayung, East Jakarta, underwent antigen test at local RW secretariat, on Thursday (5/20).

Thank God, it is still under control. All antigen test results are negative

Cipayung Sub-district Head, Fajar Eko Satrio mentioned, activity which initiated by East Jakarta Metro Police, was focused on residents who had returned from their hometowns after Eid holiday.

"Thank God, it is still under control. All antigen test results are negative," he said.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol. Erwin Kurniawan explained, RW 04 Bambu Apus area is one of Kampung Tangguh Jaya areas managed under East Jakarta Metro Police. Antigen test is carried out to detect whether returnees are exposed to COVID-19 or not.

Through this activity, he expected that if there are residents who are exposed to COVID-19, they can be handled quickly. That way it can prevent new cluster after Eid homecoming.

"Total 71 residents have undergone antigen tests. So far the results are negative. We are still waiting for the final results. Because we have prepared 200 antigen tests for RW 04 residents," he stated.
